Unless you already are an administrator of a WolfMailer site, there’s not much to see, so we set up this tour to give you a preview of many of WolfMailer’s outstanding features. Take a few minutes to peruse the tour and look over the screen shots. When we’re done, we’ll tell you how you can sign up or get more information.

What is WolfMailer?

WolfMailer is an e-mail communications tool created by Greywolf Technologies, Inc. The software was originally conceived as a custom solution for one of our clients, but when we realized its general appeal we changed directions and created the more powerful WolfMailer that you will see in this tour.

WolfMailer is a bulk e-mail tool that lets you maintain one or more mailing lists, user lists, subscriptions, and more. The system creates bulk or individualized e-mails that can contain attachments and HTML content such as graphics and colors.

How it Works

WolfMailer is designed to stay behind the scenes, so it won’t interfere with your brand. As a standalone marketing tool, WolfMialer requires no customization. You can be given an account on WolfMailer and use it as you see it here—you have all the tools you need for communication from within WolfMailer.

But, you can also let your customers sign up from within your website and manage their own accounts. Our programmers use a generic client sign-up page to create a customized page that uses your logo and existing site design to extend WolfMailer invisibly into your site. The page contains programming that lets users sign up for one or more mailing lists and gathers other optional information such as first and last name. Your site users can return later and sign in to change their subscriptions.

If your website host does not offer the support required to operate the integrated page, we host that page on our server instead of yours. In either case, you need only to add a link on your site to the Sign Up page.
